Workshops Offered

 

Inversion Immersion

A customizable workshop introducing students to the joys of inversion. Walking through the basics including safety, strength building, purpose, and foundations of flight. Headstand, forearm balance, and handstand are all available to be covered.


Spirituality in Practice

Designed to be accessible: this workshop is dedicated to helping yogis discover their spiritual selves through the doorway of physical practice. Beginning with discussion of intention setting and the philosophical side of our yoga practice, we move our bodies, recognize the connection we have with ourselves, and expand from there. Journaling is used as a tool to help students expand on what they have taken with them from our two hours together.


Yoga Conditioning

A vigorous hour-long practice combining elements of HiiT (high intensity interval training) with yoga flow. Students are encouraged to find their own definition of “intensity”. A personal favorite to share with yoga practitioners from both athletic and non-athletic backgrounds.


Back-bending: Full of Heart

A 90 minute offering helping students access the range of motion present in our spines, paired with a heart-centered meditation practice. Created with advanced and novice practioners of all flexibility levels in mind.
