Inversion Immersion Intensive

In this fun and energetic practice, we’ll be building inversions from the ground up. We’ll talk about what we need to not only find our way upside-down safely and balance once we’re there, but how to connect the elements of headstand, forearmstand and handstand to see how our strengths in each provide us with a solid flying foundation. Finally, we’ll be going beyond our usual yoga practice and incorporating some elements of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to help find essential elements of strength and stability.
